Crystal Salt
Sodium chloride crystals are cubic in form. Table salt consists of tiny cubes tightly bound together through ionic bonding of the sodium and chloride ions. The salt crystal is often used as an example of crystalline structure.The size and shape of salt crystals can be modified by temperature.
Powder Salt
Flour salt, also called powdered salt, has been offered by salt suppliers to be utilized in food manufacturing for a long time. This unique type of salt is food grade sodium chloride or potassium chloride that has been pulverized to create the smallest and finest granulations of salt crystals. With this fine-powdered crystal size, it allows for increased solubility and blendability compared to standard granulated table salt.
Semi Powder Salt
Halite more commonly known as Rock salt is a mineral formed from sodium chloride. It’s chemical formula is NaCl and this also includes other variations of salt such as common salt and table salt. Rock salt tends to be the industrial name used for Halite.
It forms as isometric crystals and is typically colourless or white, but may also be other colours depending on the amount and type of impurities contained within it.
